1. The Bumbuli District Council have vacancies for interested Hotel Operators at Soni Area and intends to lease the premises to interested Institution, Companies and Sole proprietors. It is expected that Bumbuli District Council will generate more revenue under the contract and hence improve service delivery to Community.
2. The Bumbuli District Council now invites sealed bids from interested Hotel Operators and qualified bidders.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2011 section 68 and Regulations, 2013 section 181 Government Notice No. 48. And public procurement (amended) Regulations 2016.
4. Interested eligible and qualified Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding Documents at the office of The secretary of Tender Board Bumbuli District Council Tender Boards Office of procurement management unit (PMU). House No.5 room No.3 Box 111 BUMBULI- Kwemuae area.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English, in hard copy and additional sets may be collected by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4. Above

6. All bids must be accompanied by bid securing declaration in the format provided in the
bid document,
7. All bids in one original plus one copy, properly filled in, and enclosed shall be submitted at or before 11:00 am on Monday 08th Feb 2021 late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in personal at the Bumbuli District Council, Head Office.

9. The site visit will be allowed for interested bidder from the day of public enouncement and all bidders are required to bear the cost of transport. The bidders are requested to report to District Procurement office at 8:00 am, For more information and Visiting.
10. It should be noted that electronic beds, will considered after conformation of submission of bids not received, bids not opened at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
